About Stock

All products feature in is pre-order basis and no ready stock available. We will only proceed to get it from the supplier upon your purchase order is process. However, in the event even you had added the purchase item into the shopping cart and checkout, the said item may still possible to run out of stock when we process it. We will inform you as soon as possible with regards to the aforesaid and we will arrange with you either to refund or to replace with another items.

About Courier and Delivery

For West Malaysia (semenanjung Malaysia), we assign Skynet as our main courier. For East Malaysia, We assign ABX as our main courier.

About Delivery

We had assigned Skynet and ABX to become our third party logistic provider on our behalf. Hope customer can understand about this. Any late delivery by local courier is beyond our control. However, we will still try to help you to make any others arrangement with Courier Company. Advice : you can check with courier company with the tracking code we provide on website by calling the branches nearby.

About Shipping Fee

Shipping fee for West Malaysia is RM10 per kg. Shipping fee for East Malaysia is RM18 per kg. After you have added the item to shopping cart, shipping fees will be automatically calculated. If the shipping is not included in the shopping cart, there will be a 2nd payment for shipping fees. Provided the purchase item is within the size and can be fit into the parcel bag, then it will be calculated by Actual weight. Otherwise it will be calculated by volumetric weight. About Size

We apologize that there shall be no return or exchange if the size of the purchased item is not fit on the customer. For clothing item, all the size, material and color details description or measurement is provided by the individual supplier. We can’t guarantee that it is 100% accurate. In particular in term of size, there may be a 2cm to 5cm variation from various supplier, we are not responsible for such error on measurement which is caused by the supplier. Occasionally our customer service personal may advice upon customer inquiries on size, such advice is personal opinion and shall not be treated as an influence of customer final decision. Any complaint of sizing for fitting, with or without our consult, shall not be a valid reason for refund or return.

About Color Difference

Customers who view the product with different electronic device may experience color variation from the actual item. Further due to the picture description is provided by our supplier, it may have processed for better viewing. Any variation of color which mentioned above shall not be a valid reason for refund or return.

About Quality Issue/Little Defect

We will conduct inspection upon the item arrive at our China warehouse and before it dispatch out. Our inspections include quantity, size, color, design and obvious visual defects. Quality and functionality related issues are not included during inspection. (for example, cloth texture in term of thickness) Minor defect such as the seam outline, minor and washable stains on product, slub, small fabric hole and etc shall not be within the valid reason for refund and return. However, we understand some minor defect may be subjective in view, in such event we are open to discuss with customer for an alternate solution on individual case basis.

About Product Image

All the international logo and brand name such as guchi, prada channel etc. has no direct implication on the product itself. They are for illustration purpose only. They are not owned by and are the property of their respective holders.

About sensitive item

Each shipment that include sensitive item will incur an extra shipping fee of RM20 per parcel. Item like branded product, watches, battery, electronic…etc. are consider as sensitive product. For more details, please read Shipment Terms

About Tax

Though unlikely, there are circumstances where the parcel dispatch from China to customer may be seize and taxed by Malaysia Custom for unforeseen reason. For further details please refer to Shipment Terms.

About “free shipping” “free exchange”..etc

Any promotion, campaign, package (for example “free replacement”, “7 days free return”, “free Shipping”) that appear in the product description picture is not applicable for Malaysia customer. For further clarification on this aspect, you may contact our customer service.
